Payment and sales are handled by Polar (Merchant of Record). Polar is the seller of TableHarvest Pro and sends your receipt and license key.
Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT for your country is calculated by Polar at checkout.

Questions about Pro
How many computers can I use one key on?
3. Each browser profile where you paste the key counts once. Use “Remove license” in the panel to free a slot for another computer.
How do I cancel, or get a refund?
Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled at any time in the Polar customer portal; when a subscription ends, its key stops working and the free plan carries on. Refunds are handled by Polar as the seller.
I bought Pro. How do I turn it on?

I lost my license key.
Sign in to the Polar customer portal with the email you bought with. Your keys and receipts are there.
Does Pro work offline?
Yes. Once the key is verified, Pro keeps working for up to 14 days without a connection. It re-checks at most once every 24 hours when you are online.
What does the license check send?
The key, two identifiers (the Polar organization and this activation). Table data and the pages you visit are never sent. See the privacy policy.
Can my company get an invoice?
Polar issues the receipt and invoice as the seller. For customers in Japan: Polar is not a registered issuer of qualified invoices (適格請求書発行事業者) under Japan’s invoice system.
What happens if I stay on the free plan?
Nothing changes. Every feature in the free column keeps working, and captures stop at 3 pages with the rows ready to download.
